Logistics & Office Support Coordinator (Seattle - Fremont)

ReachBio Research Labs is a growing life sciences company looking to fill a full-time (32 hours/week) position coordinating logistics operations and office support activities, with the possibility of hours increasing to 40 hours/week in the future.

This position will primarily be responsible for the assembly, shipment, and tracking of all outgoing orders. This also includes maintaining proper inventory levels, ordering shipping supplies as necessary, and monitoring weekly supply deliveries.

Responsibilities include:

-- Coordinating all aspects of company logistics requirements, including tracking sales orders, product material handling, packaging, inventory, and shipping

-- Sales order back-up requiring answering phones and creating sales orders for processing.

-- Keeping accurate inventory levels and creating inventory reports

-- Using shipping software/websites for multiple shipping companies, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and World Courier

-- Assembling samples and paperwork for outside laboratory testing services

-- Managing incoming shipments, including assembling proper paperwork and adding products to the inventory system

-- Maintaining the product production process and all associated paperwork

-- Creating supplemental documents for all products

-- Monitoring office and shipping supplies and placing orders as necessary

-- Assisting laboratory with any tasks as needed



-- Bachelors/Associate or Technical degree preferred or equivalent experience

-- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

-- Comfortable handling materials such as dry ice and liquid nitrogen on a regular basis

-- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

-- Strong knowledge of computers and proficient with standard Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)

-- Ability to learn other database software platforms as required (e.g. inventory management, aspects of QuickBooks)

-- Good communicator and team player

-- Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within a constantly changing environment

-- Moderate lifting (typically 20-40 lbs)

Compensation: $21-23/hr DOE
